Does anyone have one (for both seats) and can you explain how it fits onto the buggy? Do the harnesses/straps pull through the sleeping bag?

Yes - you should be able to undo the harness - I can't remember off the top of my head how you do it on a P&Ts - are there buckles? and then thread them through the sleeping back and do them back up again.
