Babyzen yoyo - should I get one with white or black frame?

Thinking of ordering babyzen yoyo. I can't decide whether to get the black or white frame one.

Anybody have any experience of it? I was going to get the all black as it would look less grubby. Do you think the white one look like a cheaper version of bugaboo bee - OH said it looked like a copy of bugaboo bee

Is the white frame or black frame more prone to chipping of paint?

I was thinking of black hood. Not sure whether to get blue seat cover or black seat cover.

I can't decide, help.

I don't know what you should get but I'm going for white frame with blue fabrics. I think the white stands out more (in a positive way).

Yes - the white frame is more like white paint on metal. The black one is more like a quality plastic (?). Someone on here had a better word for it than that! But they arent the same IYKWIM. I dont see the black ever chipping because its a plastic (?) substance. I have had the white one for hmm probably well over 7/8 months now and I dont think I have any chips, and its been thrown all over the place.
This and this will show you the two coloured frames. If you look closely at the indoor photo with the children in, you can see what I mean about the black chassis - its more matt because its plastic (?) and the white is shiny because its painted metal. I dont mean anything by the black one being a different material - its probably some super duper polycarbonate or something! They are simply different.

Tiggywunkle now that you have had your babyzen yoyo for 8 months is it worth it? are there any negatives to the pushchair. 99% want to get it but the 1% holding me back is one price and that I have a bugaboo bee which is great but not lightweight and portable when you by yourself with toddler.My main reason i was wanting to get it is that the yoyo will address these. I held off buying a lightweight earlier as I was waiting for yoyo to come out into uk.How old is your child if you don't mind me asking too?

The price is the drawback. But my Bee hasn't been used since I got the YoYo (but I do have other pushchairs as well). The YoYo is always in the car and gets used the most - its been out 3 times today!
The YoYo is simple - very basic, but very functional. It works! It does what it says on the box - small folding, narrow, reclines pretty well, has some storage enough for a couple of lunch boxes, its lightweight, it slings over your shoulder, and will fit in the footwell of a car.
My DC is nearly 3, but his 4 and a half year old sister was being zoomed along grass the other week by DH! Its quite a sturdy little thing with a high handle!
No negatives TBH....I love mine and it still looks as good 8 months on, as it did new. I can't find a scratch on it (and it fell out of the car boot twice today - too much stuff in there!!) Its pretty tough!

We have a black chassis. I used it a grand total of 4 times when I noticed that the black plastic coating was coming off the frame in the back, between the seat back and the wheel, leaving silver metal exposed. Granted it was a very small part, but it wasn't even a section of the chassis that faces out when folded, so it couldn't have gotten damaged from transit. (Besides, we have had no problems with bringing it on the plane, so it has not been banged up by air travel.) I'm nervous it will start to rust in time. I am really surprised that this has happened and have contacted the retailer to see if a replacement can be sent.
