Pushchair for larger baby

My niece just turned 6 months and weighs around 20lbs, most of the pushchairs I have seen have a max weight of 15 kg (33lbs). Can anyone suggest a reasonable priced pushchair that she can use up until 3 years old

Baby jogger city mini or city versa seem to deal with heavier toddlers

But look at the City Mini GT, Elite or Summit instead of the City Mini, as well as the Versa. Look also at the Britax B-Agile and Micralites.
