Struggling to fold BJCM GT

I have had bjcm gt for 10 months now and have really liked it but now I'm finding it difficult to fold down. When you pull the strap it can take up to 5 good tugs before it closes. It never used to be like this. Anyone had this problem or know how to resolve it?

Have you tried a squirt of WD-40 on the section where it folds?

your hinges have bent. kooltrade will repair them as you're in warranty. this happened to me.

Yes I tried some silicone lubricant,but it made no difference. It also seems to have developed a slight rattle at the back wheels. The wheels themselves are ok,think it may be coming from the brake bar at the bottom. I shall phone Kooltrade see what they say.

ALovelyBunchOfCoconuts,how long did it take for them to repair your jogger?

i was out of warranty so i didn't send it. had to buy new. ended up with crappy stroller now i really want my bjcm back. from what i have heard it'll take about a week. hth
