Erm... the actual seat recline lift tab thing at the top of the backrest? I can't remember, that's all I can think of!

You need to use the seat recline button, it's quite stiff at first so you need to pull it quite hard whilst pulling the lower part of the seat down, and then use the buttons on the side to pull the leg rest down. I wondered how I'd manage at first it was so stiff but after a weekend's use it was fine, I only started using mine on Friday and I can do it easily now. Dd is only 18 weeks old but whilst she still fits in the carrycot she hates lying flat unless she's tired!

yes, there is a handle at the top of back rest on seat unit, might be under hood a bit. pull hard and seat unit folds and unfolds. let us know how you get on!

thank you so much. I've lost instruction book. I've found handle and it works perfectly Wink

dd is not yet 5 months but he's on 98th centile and clearly getting big for carry cot. its a shame as I'd prefer him to stay lying flat for longer.

Welldone!
We moved dd for some trips from 5 months. She was ok as it does recline quite far.
