baby jogger seat sagging?

So i went to buy the 2012 city mini and now i hear the seat sags? i wanted the 2012 version because of the safety shut bit and the better basket access but not if the seat is sagging? ah why can't they make things well anymore?! is this true?

If you buy a new 2012, the seat should be fine, and if it isn't then Kooltrade the distributors are apparently sorting the seat fabrics out.
