Quinny Zapp Xtra- Need new wheels...where can i get them??

So i've got the quinny zapp xtra... have had it for a year and a half and already the back wheels are very worn!!

The right wheel has a slit in the tyre which is wide open...not a smooth ride at all.

so i need to get new wheels (other than a new pram) if i can find them cheap enough.... HELP!!

Did you ever find out if this was possible? We're having a similar situation.

Phone Dorel. They have a spare parts section - I dont know if they stock wheels but I assume so. They have sent me other spare parts in the past.
