Silver cross 3d handles are sticky

What can I do (quick fix) so I don't get sticky hands?
Also will foam handles fit?

My maclaren got like this.

I rubbed talc into the handles every time they felt sticky and this worked well.

Mine did this. Put socks over the handles!
