6 month old in phil and teds? - massive seats

I have just bought a phil and teds vibe on ebay whch was delivered today. Its really nice but im a bit confused about the seats (and it is used so no instructions!).
My two youngest are 25 months and 6 months but they are both on the small side and the seats seem to dwarf them! Obviously for the two year old this doesnt matter she has room to spread out but the six month old in the back look tiny and the seat seems really upright compared to how I would normally have her. I have been attached the little seat on the back but is she too young for this should she be underneath or do they get on ok like that?
We have quite long distances to walk so she need to be comfy what would you recommend?!

Small one should be underneath, and I think the vibe seat reclines? Many people have the little one in the front seat, as that reclines further, and bigger one can get in and out easier in the bottom seat. Could you use a pad support thing in the seat for your littlest one?

Bottom seat is fine for a 6mo. You could download instructions from the Internet. C

I have a sport, with an explorer doubles seat, and was told by seller it reclined, but it doesn't. Still very pleased with it though. I am sure you will be delighted also. Congratulations on your purchase!

Thanks I like it so far I had a side my by side one before so it seems really different but so far i like it. Sadly the two little ones have insisted on going to sleep so I cant play wth my new toy until tomorrow (how dare they).

I could try the cat im sure she wouldnt mind although DH might start really worrying about me. My neighbours must already think im crazy for wheeling it in and out the front door shouting "look no need to fold!"
