Buggie for larger child 4-5 years

I need a buggie that's can take the weight of a 4-5 year old

Maclaren major elite, or the Jane 360. Both or which take my 4yo no problem.

How heavy is this child? Mountain Buggy and Baby Joggers have high weight limits usually. The Bugaboo Bee takes up to 17kg as does the Micralite Superlite and both are apparently fairly light to push with a big child in. On the whole, having big rear wheels will make a heavy child feel lighter.
