How much can I sell a second hand coach style silver cross for?

I'm selling a pushchairfor my sister, it was my sisters as a baby in the 70's, its in need of restoration, I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas how much I could realistically fetch for her, she's saving for a house so every penny counts!
