Best cheapo pushchair for tall 2.6yo

DS walks mostly but I want to get a cheap lightweight stroller to keep at the grandparents' house. Ideally it would recline so he can sleep in it if DESPERATE. It would only have to cope with pavements etc and needs to be light but not necessarily compact (no car but flat is up 3 flights of stairs).

What's a good buy? (either new or Ebay)

How about a Maxi Cosi Noa? I don't know if it's cheap enough or you though. My tall 3 and a half year still goes in at times and it's light and simple to use.

how cheap? a really light pushchair that is a dream to push is the intstep nipper 360, lies flat as well and you can easily bump it up and down stairs as it has big wheels, it does fold as well, you can get them easily on ebay :)
