Maxicosi Mila vs Maxicosi Loola

i can't decide.. I have read every review going, watched demo videos, had a go at pushing both around in the shop, and all I'm doing is making myself more confused!

What I want: stroller for my 9 month old..I like that both loola and mila can be used for newborns so I can make use of it again if I have another baby.

I'm looking for:

  • light weight, easy to push around and stow away
  • compact size when open and folded
  • good sized basket
  • to be able to hang shopping on the handles (within reason)
  • to be able to use it when my baby's 3.
  • of course for my baby to be comfortable

I prefer the way the loola looks, that it reverses. The basket is quite deceiving. I think it can store more than the Mila, which looks like it has a larger basket however the cross bar under the Mila looks like it restricts space. The problem with the loola is that it's its heavier, and doesn't seem to be as easy to steer. Also I saw in a video review that oldr kids would struggle to fit into it.

What I like about the Mila is that it's lighter, easy to steer, but not sure the wheels would provide as comfortable a ride as the loola. It's also cheaper than the loola and not sure if the loola is worth that much more. Also as the Mila is lighter I feel like I'll be less likely to buy a lighter stroller at a later stage than if I had a loola.

Confused, help!
