Thinking the TFK twinner twist duo - a question or two please

Got DH to look at videos of the TFK/Jane Twone/Donkey and he got quite excited about the first. I haven't see one in real life though...

Would anyone know what it is like getting it in and out of the car where it will probably stay, our pokey hallway is going to be difficult to park any double I suspect

Also DD1 prefers to sit as upright as possible, this appears to have quite a recline on the most upright position, is this correct? Is there anything I can do to bring it up further? This is why the other two were appealing to me.

Finally should I buy 2nd hand, I don't think they are getting that much resale wise so would this be a better idea, given I may not be able to get much return.

The TFK fold is a tri fold, so the top third folds down and then the wheels tuck under the main part of the chassis. So its much neater than a lot of double pushchairs. Plus its got handy spokes which stick up for lifting. I found it fine to be honest even with a bad back. There are tons of photos here of the TFK Twinner Twist Duo and also lots of the Donkey and some of the Twone if that helps too.
The seats on the TFK are quite reclined even when upright. It never bothered my two though. I dont know of anything that you could do to make them more upright either. Its not like the BJCM where there is a sit upright strap - you may be able to fashion something that works, or the Mountain Buggies where you can stuff something down the back of the seats. You could always undo the shoulder straps on your eldest and add on a highchair harness so that he has the freedom to sit up but still is harnessed in with a 3 point pushchair harness with the highchair harness over his shoulders? There was a Twinner Twist Duo on Ebay last week. I dont know if it has gone yet?

I think the TFK is far easier to use than the Donkey - much as I like the Donkey. Its just simpler to fling open the TFK and go! I have a Twone on order, but first impressions of that were good.

All round they are three very different double pushchairs - all are good IMHO (and thats saying something for doubles!) so TBH I would decide really what you want and what you will use it for. But go and have a good look around Best Buggy because there is so much information and photos there on all of these.
