Could I dye a phil and teds cocoon?

just that, I have a mismatched cocoon and am wondering if I could dye it? Has anyone done this?

Depends what colour is it to start with?

It is polyester and fleece so won't take up Dylon color AFAIK.

there is a thread further down on a hood someone is going to report back on the success of shoe dye. But unless you can get an exact match a contrast would probably look better

I think you'd be better off buying another... I would be very surprised if it took the dye. Even if it did appear to, I can imagine it transferring onto other fabric (i.e. baby clothes).
