Phil and Ted's cocoons - any experts out there?!

Have just bought a second hand Phil and Ted's Vibe for transporting my unruly toddler and the expected newborn and I plan to invest in a new cocoon to go with. Does anyone know if the E3/Sport/Classic/Twin Cocoon will fit the Vibe? They don't look vastly different from the Vibe cocoons and are considerably cheaper! According to the John Lewis website all the dimensions are the same, just wondering if there are any straps/fixings that wouldn't be compatible? Any advice most gratefully received . Thanks Smile

i can not answer you question, as to if it would fit the seat [although i can not see why it would not] but i never clipped in the cacoon on my phil and teds, just 'posted' it into the seat from the back, it was never going to go anywhere whilst the doubles kit was on top, so never saw the need tbh

Thanks easterbunny - my pushchair hasn't arrived yet, so I'm not really sure quite what I'm dealing with! I did wonder if it just slotted in...

it does just slot in and is a good fit, there is some tabs to attach to the seat, but they are fiddley to get to and i never bothered, it was never going to go anywhere when the doubles seat is on the top, and it could not just slip out as the top of the seat has a top to it, you will see what i mean, when yours arrives. [i would have attached it to the seat if using it with out the doubles kit on the top though as then it would be an open seat and not nice and enclosed.

Thanks again for all your top tips, easterbunny - think I'll go ahead and get the cheaper one, sounds like it'll fit fine!
