Help ... pushchair hater who needs a pushchair for travel
Trucha10 · 29/02/2012 19:44
Please help ... I'm sure I'm asking something that has been answered elsewhere but I SWEAR i can't find the advice I need. I have an iCandy Apple jogger which is brilliant and I love it. But we need a second pushchair for 10mo to use while we're travelling as the iCandy is far too big and heavy to travel with and I expect the second one to get bashed about a bit. We've booked in lots of trips this year to make the most of our time together before we have another DC. I've looked at all sorts but just can't find what I'm after. Needs to be light, and compact and easy to fold. And not sinfully ugly. Is there such a thing?? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Twinkle. I've just had a look at those. My DH is tall so needs something with an adjustable handle and preferably a single bar, not two handles. Think I need to design a new pushchair ...

The zia does have extendable handles but its not a single bar although I can and do push it with one hand (if thats why u wanted a single bar) I'll keep thinking!

Baby jogger city mini. Looks OK, folding is soo easy, and you'll be able to flog it when you done.
The handle is ok if tall, and it's folding makes it really good to take out and about.

You're all wonderful. Thanks for the suggestions. Will look at these ones again and hopefully make a decision soon.

Baby Jogger City Mini or Micralite Superlite/Fastfold depending on budget.

Micralite superlite or toro with handlebar extenders or a mountain buggy swift!

I love my Chicco Liteway for travel :D It folds easily, and I love how easy it is to recline when baby starts to nod off :)
