Maclaren Quest Raincovers - Are these really that different on older models?

I've got a 2008 Maclaren Quest (I think!) and I need a new raincover for it. Looking around I've seen a few places selling raincovers to fit the 2008 and older models then others for 2009 model onwards. Has the design on the Quest changed so much that buying a raincover for the current model wouldn't fit my 2008 Quest? The genuine Maclaren ones are not cheap either! Any help much appreciated :)

they are different, something to do with the hood size. I got mine on ebay, it wasn't a genuine maclaren 1 but i think it's just as good and it was only 6 or 7 , will look up the seller later if you like?

Thanks Hevster. I've seen a few on EBay myself. Guess I should plump for a 2008 raincover then.

I've got an old Quest raincover but it's a but on the dirty side i think...I've never used it myself but kept it in case i did but i've only used my Quest a few times and then left it at my parents for emergency situations...If you can't find one i could dig my spare out and give it a better look at.
