Apologoes if this has been done before.
After spending months researching prams and buggies, we've finally ordered a Maclaren Techno XLR, only to be told by my brother: "Oh yeah, the ones that cut kids fingers off ..." Thanks, bro, helpful. 
I'm aware there was a fault some time back that meant unfortunately it was quite easy for children to trap their fingers in the folding mechanism but from everything I've seen of the new models, and the review I've read, this has been rectified.
Please can someone put my mind at ease and stop me from mentaling that all the good reviews I've read have just been written by Maclaren's marketing department!
