Anyone got or had one of these as a friend has asked me, as she knows i like pushchairs but i've no doubles experience...Her baby is due this month and her older daughter is 2.7 months but small and slender.

Yes, I know it's just had a redesign, but the old version was almost impossible to get a newborn and toddler on successfully. I tried lots of options with the babies feet in the air etc but it just didn't work. The B-Dual is better from newborn. Hopefully the redesign maybe allows a baby to go on the bottom because then the Duett would work beautifully?? But my understanding is that just the fold was redesigned. As a pushchair for two older children the Duett was fab. There's lots of comparison information, photos etc here of the old Hauck Duett alongside the B-Dual. With the low prices of the B-Dual at present there really is no comparison - the B-Dual is far superior.

Hi, I have a Duett. In present format it really doesn't work for a toddler and newborn (I have fiddled with mine so it can work as there is a flat position of the lower seat that is intended for the fold but this is NOT something I would recommend to others). As above if they have changed it with the redeisgn so the baby can go in the lower seat officially then it would be great but as things stand the B-Dual is far better if you can stand the extra width. The two reasons I got the Duett were the narrower width and the fact that I don't need to use it for extended trips in the early months so the longer term was more important to me. That and the fact that I'm cheap!

Hi everyone!

Just to warn you I'm very much a novice with the accepted acronyms so you may have to bear with my while I get things hopelessly wrong for a while. Liking the helpful list bits at the bottom here Biscuit

Sorry, couldn't help myself!
