Can baby sleep overnight in Bugaboo Frog?

We have bought a very cheap secondhand Silvercross linear sleepover as we thought it would save space and money as we wouldn't have to buy a moses basket. But we live on the first floor and I'm worried I won't actually be able to get the thing down stairs on my own, especially after the birth. Having tried it, the brake seems to lock on when it gets caught on the stairs. I don't want to feel trapped in the flat with a pram I can't get out so dp's parents have offered to buy us another pushchair if we need to. We've found a used Frog locally for not much money, which i had for ds when he was small and I had no problem bumping up and down, but I don't know if it's suitable to sleep in for long periods? Tbh I'll probably just co sleep anyway as I'll be bfing and have found it easier to have my other 2 in bed when little, but I do need to know before we buy it if it's actually safe for overnight sleeping?

The Chameleon, Gecko and Donkey are all suitable for overnight sleeping, so I would be surprised if the Frog wasn't suitable too.
The C, G and D mattresses have holes in them for ventilation and the bottom of the carrycots are hard wood. Can you possibly ask the seller a) if they know if it is suitable for overnight sleeping and b) what the mattress looks like inside. To be fair, if you want to use the carrycot for overnight sleeping then really you should be buying a new mattress anyway and would need to ensure that too was suitable for overnight sleeping.
Otherwise, I would go and ask Bugaboo direct either via their website or Facebook.

we have a frog and i am pretty sure the info that came with it said it was suitable for overnight sleeping, you can buy mattresses that will fit from john lewis, we replaced ours after using it for 2 children? have used it for 4 altogether and dd slept in it in the living rm every evening from newborn until about a month ago (she is 11mths so i was a bit of as squeeze! but she was happy and it was easier to have her downstairs with us than upstairs where she may have been disturbed by her brothers) so i would say yes but check the mattress, as its second hand you may want to buy a new one :)
