Can you get a toddler seat for an MB?

I saw someone pushing a single 3 wheeler with a toddler seat over the hood, iyswim. I was wondering if they're for a particular brand or whether I could maybe find something like that for my MBU.

Does anyone know anything about them please?

yes, you would have to buy the whole package, the seat only fits that pram

The ABC is brilliant though :) You can pick them for just over £100 on EBay if you are lucky.
