Can you get a toddler seat for an MB?

I saw someone pushing a single 3 wheeler with a toddler seat over the hood, iyswim. I was wondering if they're for a particular brand or whether I could maybe find something like that for my MBU.

Does anyone know anything about them please?

Thanks very much for that. Does look interesting.

Although I was hoping I could just buy a seat, by the looks of it I'd need a whole new buggy :(

yes, you would have to buy the whole package, the seat only fits that pram

The ABC is brilliant though :) You can pick them for just over £100 on EBay if you are lucky.
