Worst reason to buy a pushchair ever? Advice please

DH friends have got an iCandy and so DH now wants one for our baby when it arrives. Having not looked at any prams or anything yet I was pretty openminded...

Then I saw the have a Strawberry model. I must own it! I love strawberries to the point I have a Japanese card wallet with strawberries on it, a bag with strawberries on it... There is even 'Strawberry' in the name of our street name...

So... That's the worst reason ever right? I have since looked into it further and decided it looks pretty damn good and it is within our budget! Anyone got an iCandy Strawberry? I think it looks much better than their other models anyway. Is it a good one to get?

oh suzie wont the temptation just make you buy it? i dont think i could go near one or OHs card would melt and i'd be in the bad books totally worth it maybe but i cant find out nope no way

Do you know what superjobee It's even nicer in real life. The red was so beautifully red. The grey was a lovely soft grey. But it's the tactileness of the beautifully soft fleece fabrics that makes you want to stroke it all day long! I have yearnings for a baby just to have a fleece aproned carrycot......the Strawberry is gorgeous. When I first saw it back in March the seat unit looked tiny. And then I found out the Strawberry seat unit is actually the biggest iCandy. But I still thought my daughter wouldn't fit well. But she does, and she is a good child to test pushchairs because she is so tall! It's rare my daughter uses a footrest but the Strawberry one was perfect. I love the punnet because I never have anywhere to put my raincover, and it's great to hide a purse in, or to always have a nappy and wipes. It's a good sized space. The one handed fold is a knack but to be able to fold it to standing on it's end is fab - no bumped handlebars! And to have an iCandy which folds with the seat on just finishes it all off nicely :) It's absolutely lovely!!!

Dooooooon't. I really love my Apple, would be really sorry to get rid but the strawberry would be the best of both Apple and Bee worlds.

trhe red does look amazing that was my favourite one to drool at in the link its so bright and lush.. me want it! will have quiet word with MIL to have quiet word with OH she is a complete pram hun and encouraged my 14 strong collection of pushchairs / strollers for DD at least 1 every season new stock is so pretty and everyone knows you need a winter pram and a summer pram and the colours ooh the colours

Yes temptation may make me buy it but i've just bought my 38th stroller tonight though DH seems resigned to me buying more...I'll get the grape color if i buy one.
