Please tell me which double buggy to get!! I need help!

My dd is 2.7 yo and the new baby is due in a couple of weeks. Am totally disorganised with sorting out pushchairs and now I am confused about the best double buggy to get. So any advice is welcome!
Also, I have been offered a phil and teds vibe from a friend. Can anyone recommend these??

Do you drive, walk or use public transport?

The Vibe has had a lot of problems but if your friend has used it then it must be okay, I would say that it would probably be most

practical in terms of it being single width and you won't eb pushing an empty double when she wants to walk.

Although maybe not so good if you have to fold it often for the car or storage as it can be PITA to take 2nd seat off then fold all the time but not impossible.

we have the P&T sport. Love it. The new Explorer is supposed to be even better though as they have fixed all the kinks in the Sport. With the car seat adapter you can have the little one in the car seat and the toddler in the rear seat or you can put the little one in the lie flat position and the toddler on the front.

My friend has an out&about side by side double. It is easy to steer and light to push but she doesnt fit through many doors and is looking to switch to an inline for that reason. It does fold nice and flat though.
