Maclaren Quest - how do I get it to recline?

So I've just bought a fab 2nd hand Quest (eBay so I couldn't get the seller to show me), and it all looks easy to work out etc, but I couldn't suss how to recline it. Can someone talk me through it?

At the sides towards the back just above the basket ( I think) there should be a plastic strip bit on each side. You need to push them up and push the seat back, if that makes any sense whatsoever?!
