Double buggy: Maclaren Techno or Phil n Teds Vibe?

Not sure whether to go for the side-by-side Maclaren or the Phil and Teds where one sits behind?

I'm thinking i prefer the maclaren as it is umbrella fold, the only thing i am worried about is getting through shop doors....... also think the P&T is heavy and cumbersome. Maclaren would be great for travelling, airports etc.....

Let me know if you have one and what you think!

It is a very personal choice.....
I had a MacLaren and loved it (but it was 10 years ago, an older slightly slimmer model and it DID fit through all but one shop door and my front door)
I borrowed a P and T with my youngest and hated it, mostly as I never got to grips with steering a three wheeler.

I would recomment trying them both if you can, before you buy.

Other side - loved my vibe (still use it as a single), hate the maclaren - but it's totally horses for courses! I liken it to driving with power steering -I found pushing the maclaren really hard work - but could push the vibe one handed (big advantage, if you're dragging a toddler!)

I've heard the Baby Jogger double is very user friendly. Our single techno is pretty heavy (getting it in and out of the car), so imagine the double would be worse. I'd definitely try some out!
