Ds is 2 stone and i have found my zia is bending under his weight so i need a good 4 wheel buggy for in the car but that will last for a while as i will still use it quite a lot

That's 12.kg and most buggys only go up to 15kg.

Can't recommend a 4 wheeler but I still push my 18kg in his baby jogger city mini sometimes.

Baby jogger city mini. Look at WWW.babyjogger.com to see the us weight limits. They're much higher than is advertised in the UK.
I have also used this model and can confirm it is very strong and sturdy. It's also lovely to use. Very practical. The fold is fab too. See the videos of it on you tube.

I appreciate that sentiment - however do look at one IRL - as it has a smaller "footprint" than the average 3 wheeler. (it's shorter "front to back").
It also has solid tyres (not air tyres) and the wheels have lovely ball bearings in them that makes them spin along really smoothly.

Alternatively - most maclarens - despite being rated for up to 15kg are actually rated higher for the USA (who's safety tests are not quite so stringent as UK ones I believe) - I think over there they rate them for up to 25kg.

A quinny zapp I think is supposed to be up to 20kg - and is also nice to push when loaded with a big kid - but again it's a 3 wheeler.

There used to be a "babydan stockholme" buggy that was good up to 23kg - but they've stopped making them now - so keep an eye out for a 2nd hand one on eBay if you like this option. It was a sturdy umbrella fold.
