Mothercare Urban Detour - really wobbly front wheel - any solutions?

I've just bought a second hand Urban Detour, which looks fine, and is fine when the front wheel is in fixed mode, but if it is on swivel, it makes the whole of the front judder and shake. I had one a few years ago which I gave to a friend, and it didn't do this.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to make it better, please!?

underneath the footplate theres a large but that you need to tighten! will be good as new afterwards :)
