I just grab the front edge of the seat and pull...Think it was quite tight the first few times.

might have a nose at some in JL or mothercare, dont want to force mine. The whole thing is hard work tbh!!

Make sure you are not holding the bit you are trying to extend away from together with the extending part....

- it shows the seat extending at about 1.40 (one minute forty seconds). Wink

Nicolamumof3 - you will get used to it - don't worry! x It's easy once you've done it once or twice and it's such a lovely pushchair - congrats on your new purchase! Wink

Glad you are happy now - when I first got mine - I couldn't extend the back rest! Blush - then I realised I was holding the lower part and trying to pull that up - not the upper extending part....you will know what I mean now you've done it!

It's just a matter of trying it once or twice - once you've figured it out - you know what to do.

The staff at my local Mothercare (LARGE Southampton West Quay Branch) didn't have a clue how any of it worked (a couple of young girls working on a Sunday morning) - they really are hopeless! I learned all I needed from the internet in the end.

yes i really love it, its not going to get used for a while as baby not due til summer, but was a bargain i couldn't resist!
