How do I remove the front wheel of a Mac Quest?

I have managed to prise the hub cap off but am faced with the flat surface of some kind of bolt or the axle maybe and can't budge it even with pliers.
I have tried removing the hub cap on the other wheel to see if there is a screw bit at the other end of the axle but can't seem to get that hub cap off.

You could get it wedged in an escalator like I did! Wouldn't recommend it though!

I don't think you can without ruining it.

Wheel is bent already [possibly wedged in an escalator] and was looking to replace it.

But might just sell bits off it instead.

What part do you think is bent, is it the axle? My brother took the wheel of my quest. I'm sure he just used a screwdriver to lever up one of the nut looking things in the middle.

You can take the whole wheel off by jamming 2 small screwdrivers in the tiny gaps in the black plastic bit where the wheel is attached to the metal frame (turn the buggy upside down to see them) and pulling outwards whilst lifting the whole wheel unit off.

Might make it eaiser to have a look at the wheel.
