Best double for a 5 mth old and tall toddler?

I have a 5 mth old and a tall just turned 2 year old boy. We bought the Phil & Teds Dash but it's not working out for the two of them. Ideally need a double that has high sun canopy and lots of leg room!
Any ideas? Thanks so much.

mountain buggy. My tall 4.9yo still fits in if she has a fit of the vapours on the way home from school and can persuade DS out. And it lies (very nearly) flat for the baby.

how come the phil and teds is no good?
seems an awful shame to buy another when yuo have just bought this?
i still used my phil and teds for holidays etc, until i sold it last week!my oldest 2 are 4 & 6 and they still fit in for a quick nap x

Thanks so much for advice. Our just 2 yr old boy is very tall for his age, wears 3/4 yr clothes, and has never fitted in the double seat on top, more so when the raincover had to be used. Everytime he wants to get out and walk it tips up when our 5 month old is in the back. It just hasn't worked for us as a double. Maybe the Explorer would have been a better choice - think they've addressed the weight distribution and put a hood on the double kit too. Appreciate the advice above, will investigate - thanks.

baby jogger doubles are great, the city classic has loads of room for my tall 3 yo with the hood up

Agree with the comment on Baby Joggers.

I have the BJ Elite twin which is FAB but the mini and micro are very good too. Apparently the micro is roomier for a taller toddler even though it doesn't recline as much as the mini.

The BJ City Select would work too as the canopies and footrests are adjustable for taller toddlers and it could also be used as a single when you only have one passenger.

Thanks so much - really appreciate all the posts.
Had an awful experience in the rain today. My son's outstretched legs proceeded to pull the raincover forward therefore taking the back part off my 5 month old who then got wet! Am going to check out the Baby Joggers this weekend!
