iCandy Pear Blossom vs Baby Jogger City Select....

Please please please help me resolve my dilema! I have narrowed my choices down to either of the above, and have tried both, and to be honest couldnt really find a lot between them.

I think both are a little heavy on the old steering in comparison to the peach ( but have ruled this out due to seat size).

I think the fabric and straps seem a little inferior on the bjcs BUT I like the number of options on the position.

The iCandy has a two year guarantee rather than the bjcs one year.

Theres not a lot in it money wise,

Both seem really easy to fold and will fit in my boot fine so thats not a consideration.

Any help greatly appreciated!!!!

If you are looking for honest opinions can I direct you onto the babycentre.co.uk and if you search the groups for the "double/triple or more buggy review board" and from there search for icandy pear and baby jogger city select and there are lots and lots of help from people who have been in the same position as yourself as well as those who have actually owned each of these prams.

I don't have experience of either of these myself but have spent several hours in pram shops trying them out trying to find the 'right' double for myself! I have an Apple Icandy and had always assumed that when our new arrival appeared I would buy the pip convertor to create the Icandy Pear, but after trying my little 17 month girl in it it is not for me.

I think it depends on what you are going to use the double for - ie, newborn twins, or toddler and newborn or 2 toddlers.

There are alot of people who love the Icandy pear and it is perfect for them and their newborn twins up until 12 months then they have to buy another pram - usually upgrading to the baby jogger city select - it is alot of money for 1 years usage.

Sorry if I am rambling on. Everyone is different and will have their own opinion and obviously only you can decide. Reading up on other peoples thoughts, pros/cons etc definitely helps. There is also a fabby reviews of each on you tube by BabyGizmo Company - well worth a look.

There doesn't seem to be 'THE PERFECT' double out there but the pros for you have to outweigh the cons. If you have managed to whittle it down to these 2 well done!

In my opinion I would go for the Baby Jogger City Select as I feel it has the longest usage and better seating positions.
