Phil and teds carseat adapter question.

Hi, Does anybody know if I bought a car seat adapter for my phil and teds sport I'd still be able to use the doubles kit on the back like you can on the explorer? The only time I've seen a sport using one they had the main seat positioned flat so you couldn't fit the doubles seat at the back. I wondered if it only fit like this on the sport and they have changed the design for the explorer.

Thanks (if you understood any of that!)

I do that with my Sport, it isn't recommended by Phil & Teds but I've seen lots of people do it so I gave it a go and haven't had any problems. I have the adaptor and the Maxi Cosi Cabriofix infant seat.

I only have a small gap between my two and my eldest is still only about 10.5kg though, so maybe if your elder one is older/heavier there might be more of a risk of it tipping backwards with them in the bottom seat?

When I put the car seat on, I just unzip the front seat a little on each side to give the car seat a little bit more room and avoid it putting any pressure on the seat zips. HTH

Thanks, thought that might be the case, think I'll give it a go too!
