good buggy for new twins plus toddler

Twins due when DS will be about 21mo. He can't walk all the way to playgroup/shops etc, certainly not at my pace and he still likes a nap when we're out for the day.
So I need something suitable from birth for the two babies and maybe a combination of seat/buggy board for the toddler. Any ideas?
Someone suggested using a sling for one baby and a double buggy for the other and the toddler. Does that work? What if you have a CS? How soon can you use a sling? I'll need to do the school run with my eldest as well twice a day.

I'm in the exact same situation. I've heard the Mountain buggy ones are good but would need a buggy board for the toddler and don't know if they fit Mountain buggys. Also, why do almost all twin buggies only face forward? I can find so few that are rear facing..

Google ABC everest!! I have one and its been a life saver going out on my own!! DS was 15 months when the girls came along so he had a toddler seat on it and then went on a buggy board. Im currently expecting twins again so babies will go in the buggy, one girl on toddler seat and one on buggy board.
