JUST SEEN ON THERE WEBSITE A GORGEOUS LOOKING PUSHCHAIR CALLED URBANITE...ANY ONE SEEN ONE AND TESTED IT...BEFORE I CONSIDER SELLING MY XT AND GETTING THIS....

TALK ME OUT OF IT.....

The hood looks next to useless (in no way does it protect baby from wind/sun.

You'll probably have problems getting a parasol to fit on the flat/wide frame

The basket's tiny

It's 8.4kg

I wouldn't sell a Maclaren to buy that.

The wheels look rubbish, single at the back and will warp over time.

Hood looks naff, very flimsy.

Just don't do it, you'll regret it!

Also the handles aren't angled which is really uncomfy after a while - seat also looks slumpty and those extendable leg rests tend to sag and bow really easily

It looks quite smart but totally unpractical.

I also hated my XT right enough...

why do you think its unpractical, i know the hood isnt as good as the xt

I have the Mothercare Urbanite and I can say its the best pram ive had.
Im not sure why it would be considered unpractical because thats the opposite of what I would say.
Its much better looking than the common Maclarens.
My little one is super comfy in it.
He is protected from the sun.
I can access the shopping basket, even when its fully reclined (unlike the XT)
I can fit heaps of things in the basket.
Its very sturdy.
Folds up very small.
Seat doesnt sag.
Excellent suspension.
all in all, its fantastic and well worth the money.

i thought it looked like an umbrella fold version of the bugaboo bee! I would need to see it irl to judge it though. It does look funky.
