I can only find them on ebay or online nursery retailers I have never heard of

Or alternative footmuff suggestions for a mountain buggy?

The MB one is too expensive and doesn't look all that great

Thanks

I think Kaisers are fab, I have brought them from the seller on ebay with the rather badly thought out name and never had any problems.

Original Kaiser footmuffs, made of medical-grade sheepskin are VERY expensive!
I've seen them in my local GreenBaby shop, but mostly online - the prices are comparable and still very HIGH :(. And because I was looking for 2 of these, I just couldn't justify the expense to DH.

I was looking for a sheepskin footmuff, as don't like the synthetic fleece ones. I have found a retailer on eBay (cuddlymuffs, I think) that sell something called 'Max Kaiser' footmuffs. They are not actually sheepskin (despite the description), but they are of good quality and are made of 100% wool man-made "sheepskin" - looks like sheepskin from afar (just as thick & a bit curly), but is actually natual wool (100%( weaved through some tight webbing.

These are about a third of the price of original Kaiser. Though not actual sheepSKIN, they're still 100% wool and, unless you're travelling very far north into -40C temperatures, they'll be warm enough.

thanks
I didn't think the price was that bad - I'm looking at the fleece ones so about £40

The MB footmuff is £69 and a normal buggysnuggle is £35

How much are the sheepskin ones?
