Out of love with my Nipper 360 - please help!

I have a Nipper 360 and whilst I think these are great for little babies I am not so keen now we have reached 18 months. The reason is that it is quite tilted back. For my older children I had a fabulous Mamas and Papas Pliko. The seat was flat and not tilted, it had a bumper bar and the harness sort of unclipped so the child could lean right forwards over the bumper bar - they loved it! But now I need a double (twins!). So my question is this - is there a double lean well forward sort of pushchair which not too heavy? The Aria is not quite the thing I want.....

a baby jogger city mini double with bumper bar and walking reins harness fitted to the d rings. Much better for your twins than the nipper and nice for you to use. The quick fold will blow you away. Apart from being lovely to push. Great quality. Good size seats and i find little ones sit so nicely in it. I know these buggy's are quite plain and don't appeal to all looks wise but they are so practical and lovely to use. Easily jazzed up with a snunkie liner.

Jane pushchairs have upright seats and can have bumper bars too.

i had same problem with the nipper when ds3 was 17m a few months down the line he had got over this and used it again no probs. its so light and easy to push.

a teutonia? i've just ordered the double after liking the spirit s3 so much! they come up cheaply 2nd hand on ebay, but if you want it new the order time is about 10 weeks at the minute! it sits very upright and has a bumper bar too.
