phil & teds sport or double stroller

Winters cumin up i wsnt what will keep my babys warmest really but pros & cons please.

I want to get a phil & teds sport but after lots of research on them there not very good at keepin both babies warm. I took my single travel system out yest with my 14mo boy walkin & 5mo girl in pushchair led flat , she went mentle until i sat her up a little & my soon didnt want to walk far, my daughter is prem so shes weigh to small to go in doubles seat on p&t but wont lay flat in main seat. IM thinkin do i go for a double stroller wwith cosytoes for warmth & diff seat positions? Or do i just go for p&t..,

I have sold my P&T (toddler too big - long story) and am really impressed with my new purchase of nipper 360 double. the seats are independant and adjust to any tilt between upright and flat, it pushes better than P&T, weighs the same and is better off road. Don't get me wrong I loved my P&T but i think the nipper double knocks spots of it.

I read reviews sayin nipper 360 didnt sit upright, is this wrong? Ive had graco inline, icandy pear, now wots next .smiles.

the seats are more reclined than most I guess but DD doesn't seem to have noticed
