New design buggy snuggles open at foot end!!!

New Design Buggy Snuggles look like they will now fit a greater range of pushchairs well, and they also have zips that can open at the foot end for older kids with muddy boots! How utterly fantastic.

I think they are almost perfect now.

Just reporting back to say I am less than impressed with this company - having ordered a khaki stripe NEW buggy snuggle - and having been sent a Khaki stripe OLD STYLE buggy snuggle as an alternative as the new ones are out of stock and will be for a further 3 weeks.

Yes they deliberately switched my order without asking me!!!

They say they've only charged the lower amount and I can return it free - but that is not the point!

I did not choose it for the colourway - but for the foot opening - the new harness openings and the waterproofness - WHY oh why couldn't they have just called and ASKED if I wanted an alternative - or emailed - NOT just send the OLD STYLE out and hope I'll like it and keep it.

Now I have to queue up at the post office for twenty minutes just to send it back and probably wait a week just to get my money back - thanks a bunch buggysnuggle.
