Am about to was my Bugaboo covers for the first time, anything I should know?

It's utterly filthy, looks like a farm vehicle TBH. It's all canvas. Can I wash the two colours together? Can I use stain remover?

Not sure about the two colours together, maybe best to do seperately. Washed my canvas ones as per instructions in the machine and all came out fine.
It was an absolute bugger getting the seat fabrics on again, though. Apparently, it's best if you put them back on the frame before they're dry..reduces the amount of swearing you might do whilst trying to stretch them when dry !

I have grey bottom and cream top and did them separately but have not washed pushchair in grey so thanks for tip! I have a cream 'cover' that a friend bought me in spain and it has really helped reduce the icky mess.

I've washed them already, assumed this would stay unanswered. I did the colours separately (red bottom, black top), drenched the red bits in vanish type spray beforehand and plenty of vanish type powder in with the detergent too. They came up as good as new. 'tis little short of a miracle TBH. I daren't say how long it's gone unwashed...

You're right about the covers Stanton. I put them on wet to check they hadn't shrunk. Then dried them. The bit where you have to stretch the band above the foot bit over the pins was impossible. Nearly did myself a mischief. A quick spray of water sorted it though.

I know, though, what a nightmare trying to stretch it. Your water spray idea is genius, why, oh why did I not think of that ?!
