Not sure if it has been mentioned but you get 20% off at mothercare when you spend over £100 until 12th of August.

Just purchased a Pushchair and got £92 off. :-)

Thanks Xbox, am hoping to use this discount code but didn't know when it expired. Glad to know I have a bit longer to make a decision (tearing my hair out over pushchairs here)

Just tried this & its not working - trying to get the Treasu(red) Bee which is already reduced, is that why or am I doing something wrong?

Going through Quidco too.

I tried doing it with a regular 2009 Bug Bee, £359 & it worked. The Treasu(red) is £319 so I guess its excluded . . . . the regular one comes to £287, there is £285 on our card OH will ring tonight to see when Monday's payment clears taps fingers impatiently

the saga continues OH's CC fraud people have just rung him, they've cancelled the payment, cos it was in Luxembourg!!!! He's gone through security, said I've just ordered a new pram, confirmed the amount etc. Mothercare have emailed saying there's a payment problem, will try again to take a payment. CC will authorise it in 10 - 20 minutes . . . . aarrrgghhhhh. . .

fingers crossed or is it just not meant to be??

Exactly the same happened to me on Sunday morning, must be mothercare's processing centre I've got part of my order though.

spoke to Mothercare & they said it wasn't a problem & that they'd probably take the money tonight or tomorrow.

A couple of years ago I was working for a company that was providing a very large UK based credit/debit card transaction processing company with hardware, in Germany. How many web based operations are international? The fraud people knew it was from Mothercare. I get that they are protecting us, but how many people must order large sums of money goods from Mothercare online?

its not a Mothercare card, its a high street bank credit card - it was the CC company's fraud department that rang

I can't get this code to work. Tried caps lock on/off. Not going through quidco or any other. What could I be doing wrong? It's for a Bugaboo bee blue 2009.

Mumface - it work for me on the blue bee yesterday . . . then when I changed it to the treasured . . . have you tried closing down & starting again

I've no idea what I did to make it work, apart from XboxWindow30 magic.

& I did go through Quidco.

NO, that's what it kept saying to me yesterday with the treasured, then it worked with the blue, then read XboxW had done it, went back & changed for the treasured & it automatically took the discount . . . .

I've just had a little fiddle, & it says, "code is incorrect or cannot be used with this order", but if you go back shopping & put more items in when you get to the checkout the discount has applied, but not to all items . . . so you need a bit of a fiddle. Maybe put something in you don't want, go to payment options, put code in, go back shopping for what you, go back to checkout, see that the discount has applied & then delete what you don't want . . . fingers crossed

I've got to stop messing now & as they're about to try & take the payment from CC again. Bit annoyed when I rang MC customer services last night the lady said it would try again last night or today. Nothing had happened this afternoon, so I rang customer services again & this time the lady said, they take the money in 24 hours time. So I've missed today's despatch. She said if my husband had been with me, she could have put the payment through & the customer services lady last night should have done that. Must be patient Grin

Yes, yes that works mrs dimples! Did as you said put bee and a footmuff and adaptors in basket applied code, it worked with several items. Then deleted items I didn't want. How bizarre. Anyway order has gone through. Thank you so much!

So pleased I saw this thread, ordered a bargain Silvercross dazzle which came today but was really disappointed the handles were too high and uncomfortable. So sent it back.

Have wanted a blue bee for ages and trawled ebay but wary because of yours and others experiences on there with pushchairs. Didn't think I could afford a new one till I saw this Grin
