Arrgghh! Quinny Buzz won't fold down!

Help! My Quinny Buzz frame seems to have stuck or jammed or something! What can I do? Can I get it mended somewhere or can I take it back to Mothercare?

I still have the receipt but it's about 4 months old?

Take it back! At least they may be able to fix it or show how to put it down. I have one too and they can be stiff.

it should be under warranty for at least a year. As long as you are original owner and you have receipt, should be no problem.

Thanks guys! Taking it back on monday - really hope they will take it back, it's no use to me like this!
