Pram/buggy to fit in fabia boot

Ok, so, we've resolved our own pram dilemma (mamas and papas thread)thanks to your suggestions but now have a new one. I need some sort of baby transportation for my mum in law to use - there is no way our new pram is getting in her car! She is going to have DD 2 days a week, so will need some sort of wheels for her!

Criteria:
-Compatible with either a maxi cosi cabriofix or a mamas and papas car seat - she's likely to do a fair bit if errand running where she will be in and out of car so this is a must.
-Suitable for 3 months plus - so not necessarily a full blown pram.
-Fits in a Skoda Fabia boot.
-Reclines.
-Easy to fold up - MIL is small and not hugely strong so something which requires brute force won't work (she wouldn't have managed our Pliko.)

I looked at an M&P Luna yesterday and liked it but not sure if it would get in her boot - anyone know? A quinny Zapp has been suggested but I believe this can be quite unstable with the car seat on it. I will double check before I buy anything but taking her pram shopping will be a nightmare so I'd rather having an extremely short list first!

Any suggestions appreciated - I'm hoping not to spend a fortune BUT I'm happy to go second hand.

how about a quinny buzz chassis only? they fold tiny with the rear wheels off. I'm sure that would fit.

Babyjogger. Can fit both those car seats (with adaptors), reclines flat, and folds incredibly easily. We have a fabia, the mini fits in our boot fine, the classic doesn't unless you take the wheels off, but they pop off very easily so can't see that being a prob.

I have a mini and we went with a Micralite Toro.

This is compatible with the maxi cosi cabriofix, you won't need to get the carrycot and the angle can be moved. I've had my 3 month old in it and he's very happy.

Also it's lightweight, and I think easy to fold up. Take a look and see what you think, but I think it's a great pushchair!

Thanks ladies, I'll have a look at all of those. MIL has now thrown a spanner in the works by saying she needs to be able to transport her golden retriever at the same time! So the pram will have to fit on what's left of the back seat beside the car seat!
