Faffing about the Bathroom sinks....Help Me Please !!!

I have a family bathroom, ensuite shower room and a cloakroom to choose bathroom stuff for from scratch.

I like the modern look rather than cottagey or old fashioned for eg.

I quite like the duravit type basins (x-large range) duravit x-large but not sure if it's in the budget. I saw another range by TC and also Bauhaus www.boundarybathrooms.co.uk/Furniture/Small-Vanity-Units/Bauhaus-Design-Panga-40-Basin-Unit-And-Basi n-Panga_9180.htmlwhich are the square type basins with a pull out drawer but thought the finish on the furniture looked a bit formica circa 1970's.....

Have you seen anything else of this type which was really nice- open to persuasion on type but would love a really big basin......and I'd then choose a variation on the theme for en-suite and cloakroom.

Doesn't seem to hard to choose loo/bath but the washbasin is causing me alsorts of trouble !!
Thanks !

MaamRuby - how do the Bauhaus ones wear ? Just went into the Bathstore to see what they had and they have something similar but its clearly been in the showroom a while and it doesn't see to have worn very well. I've two kids under 5 so it will be subject to wear and tear.....
