Mortgage surveys on purchase and sale properties both OK

So I imagine it's safe to assume mortgage offers are a done deal. If that is the case what the hell is going to take another 4 weeks? Anyone enlighten me please?

Searches? Further surveys?

All surveys now completed. I used to work for LA and searches took a while but not that long. I will have to ring the conveyancer to ask.
