Anyone with any advice and reassurance?

I was told by phone that the application had been approved adn when the letter arrived, skim-read it, saw the approval, saw the conditions were fine and didn't read the second page. Why I don't know. How stupid stupid stupid. Stupid. It says the building contractor must have submitted a method statement and risk assessment PRIOR to work commencing. Now on the phone I had said to them (they were 2 wks overdue dealing with it) I was anxious as the builder was waiting to start and I thought we'd lose him with further delays. So they knew our situation.

There's other stuff about the letter freaking me out but I think I've drivelled on enough to bore a saint...

Ok my brother who project manages big building stuff thinks we will just get a rap on the knuckles at worst and they won't make us rip everything down... Phew. My heart is beating regularly again.
