We are hoping to put house on the market but having trouble deciding between the two Estate Agents mentioned above so thought would see what others experiences were

Taylors!

We had ours on with BH for aggggeeeees and no viewings (that is - zero viewings!) We were tied in with them for however long; as soon as that was up we moved to Taylors and got two offers in literally a couple of weeks.

(That was in Bristol - Kingswood branch, about 3 years ago, maybe depends on where you are but that was our experience.)

probaby neither, they've both struck me as kind of lower end estate agents in Bristol (Brislington and Knowle areas), what other options are there?

PussinJimmyChoos · 04/07/2010 20:20

Roffle at lower end! Its not like I am selling a mansion in Clifton and require var var posh Estate Agents is it!

soz! I've had Besley Hill round before and didn't impress me, think Taylors might have valued before too, whereabouts are you? Ocean and Greenwoods are pretty good

PussinJimmyChoos · 04/07/2010 20:34

Ocean don't tend to sell in our area..

We've got Haart nearby...I just think Taylors are more on the ball with marketing, chasing up phone calls etc but wanted to see what others thought

Haart are rubbish, Taylors probably the best bet then
