Property Information Questionnaire - what are guarantees benefiting property?

Bit puzzled by this question - does anyone know if it just relates to work we might have had done, or is it something more technical?

Guarantees usually means the building guarantee or similar if the house id=s less than 10 years old (eg NHBC). Also guarantees for timber treatment eg for wood worm or damp proofing or if you had building works done that came with a guarantee document.
