What style as I am seaching through fabrics but I wonder if some are a bit babyish (he starts school sept)on the otherhand I dont want anything too grown up and boring. I plan to paint the walls and perhaps wallpaper one wall or stickers.

I am going to make the curtains and decorate a plain duvet to match. A bean bag and a chair. I cant buy curtains as the window is too wide.

I plan to have the curtains up for a number of years so I know babyish curtains would look lovely will he'd hate them in a couple of years time.

I need ideas or links. Presitgious, harlequin all have good discounted fabrics on e-bay but stuck on pattern.

Stripes perhaps for bedding and curtains?

Plain walls and stickers or display posters / artwork / photos in a set area?

Mini shelves on the wall in primary colours?

He has a plastic chair that is in primary colour of blue and a blue art table. He is in a small room so all fits in ok.

My DS is 3 and has sand coloured walls, a border with diggers on, a pale carpet and storage cubes from GLTC in primary colours. Plain curtains and a digger duvet cover complete the theme. I can change the duvet cover and rug very easily and remove the border and re-paint the walls next year to make it footie orientated or space or whatever he is into (Ben 10 and Power Rangers will not be appearing!) quite easily and cheaply!
