What do you think of this unit?

It for the room which will be our office. Its going to be done in white grey and black. This unit seems ideal as it provides the storage we need- DH has loads of files which I want hidden behind doors rather than on display. But do you think it looks a bit stark?

Yes, it looks stark, but it's smart and you can put something contrasting in the middle space - and even photos or something on the front of the doors if it looks too bare in situ.

Thanks, thats what I thought- something decorative in that middle square. Im really struggling to find storage with doors rather than just bookcases to hide all the clutter.

I think it's good - could be a bit stark but personally I'd prefer stark door to messy shelves!

Plus, as you say it's easy enough to brighten it up with something decorative in the middle and the additional of colour elsewhere in the room.
